Landslide Blocks Tattapani-Shimla Road, HRTC Begins Transshipment Service

Shimla, August 18 – A landslide near Tattapani bridge damaged the main Tattapani-Shimla road, halting all vehicular movement. On SDM Karsog Gaurav Mahajan’s directions, HRTC has started transshipment services with buses ferrying passengers between Tattapani-Karsog and Sunni-Shimla. Emergency and special buses have also been deployed, while long-route buses for Haridwar and Delhi are stationed near Sunni.
