Kangana Ranaut Advocates for Strong Government in Mandi Campaign

1 min read

Mandi, Himachal Pradesh: BJP’s Mandi Lok Sabha candidate, Kangana Ranaut, launched her campaign in Lahaul Spiti’s Kaza, emphasizing Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s pivotal role in developing border regions. Highlighting the achievement of Draupadi Murmu as the nation’s first tribal President, Ranaut credited Modi’s leadership for restoring the dignity of the tribal community and showcasing their contributions to India’s independence movement.

Kangana took sharp digs at Congress, comparing the party’s state in Mandi to its defeat in Amethi. She stated, “Just as the people of Amethi rejected the Congress prince, the people of Mandi will answer the anti-women Congress leaders.” She further criticized Congress candidate Vikramaditya Singh, questioning the pending ED cases against him and his family’s failure to develop Mandi despite holding power for years.

She asserted that India is poised to elect a strong government under Modi’s leadership once again, promising over 400 seats for BJP in the upcoming elections. Ranaut dismissed the opposition’s lack of a clear Prime Ministerial candidate, labeling the INDIE alliance as a coalition of corrupt families.

Ranaut urged Mandi’s electorate to reject dynastic politics and support her candidacy for a self-reliant, developed India. She also noted that, unlike the opposition, BJP’s vision encompasses both heritage and development.
