Justice Tarlok Singh Chauhan was sworn in as the Chief Justice of the Jharkhand High Court on July 23, 2025. The oath was administered by Governor Santosh Kumar Gangwar at Raj Bhavan, Ranchi. Justice Chauhan, previously a judge of the Himachal Pradesh High Court, has held several key judicial roles, including Acting Chief Justice in HP.
