JUIT : Webinar On ‘Introduction to Computer Aided Drug Design’

Dr. Raj Kumar delivered a webinar on the topic ‘Introduction to Computer Aided Drug Design’ on 27-04-2023 (Thursday) between 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at Ambuja Vidya Niketan, Ambujanagar, Gujarat, through the Google meet platform. The event was coordinated by Sh. Chethankumar, Lecturer Biology, and school Principal Mr. Gopal Kaushik. The event was attended by around 100 students of classes 10, 10+1, and 10+2 standards. Dr. Raj Kumar discussed about basics of computer aided drug discovery approaches for emergency situations such as COVID-19. Dr. Kumar also introduced the department of Biotechnology and Bioinformatics and informed the students with JUIT admission guide and relevant information regarding choosing a good career. The webinar received a good response from the students and also they gave very good feedback. Dr. Raj Kumar thanked the organizers for arranging the live webinar. At the end of the webinar Sh. Chethankumar, Lecturer Biology delivered the vote of thanks.
