JUIT Solan Concludes ‘Innovate to Excel 2026’
Solan, February 22–23, 2026: The Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) of Jaypee University of Information Technology (JUIT), Solan, successfully organised the second edition of “Innovate to Excel” from February 20 to 22, aimed at encouraging innovation-driven learning, entrepreneurship awareness, and industry engagement among students. The programme was inaugurated under the leadership of Vice-Chancellor Prof. R.K. Sharma, with coordination by Prof. Tiratha Raj Singh along with faculty members Prof. Ashish Rohilla and Dr. Saurabh Srivastava.
Keynote sessions by Ms. Ritika Singh, CEO of Kontent Factory, and Mr. Sandeep Jain, Founder of GeeksforGeeks, highlighted digital entrepreneurship, startup ecosystems, and skill development. Industry experts including Hitesh Gulati, Ekant Aggarwal, Anuradha Chawla, and motivational speaker Jas K. Shah also shared insights on innovation and business growth. The valedictory session featured Mr. S.K. Arora, CEO of AppSmart, who spoke on translating ideas into impactful solutions. Organisers said the initiative strengthened students’ leadership skills, creativity, and readiness for emerging technology-driven careers.
