JUIT Concludes Workshop on Molecular Biology & Tissue Culture

Waknaghat, April 7 – The Department of Biotechnology and Bioinformatics at Jaypee University of Information Technology (JUIT), Waknaghat, successfully concluded a two-week workshop on *“Advanced Molecular Biology and Plant Tissue Culture Techniques”* held from March 24 to April 5, 2025. The workshop was organized specifically for B.Tech. Biotechnology (4th year) students from the College of Horticulture and Forestry, NERI, Hamirpur (HP).
Participants gained valuable hands-on experience in advanced molecular biology and plant biotechnology techniques, aiming to enhance their technical skills and scientific understanding. The workshop featured multiple interactive and practical sessions guided by expert faculty.
The event was coordinated by Prof. and HoD Dr. Jata Shankar and Prof. Dr. Hemant Sood, who expressed their heartfelt gratitude to the faculty, staff, and administration of both NERI Hamirpur and JUIT for their cooperation and support in ensuring the smooth execution of the program.
