Jairam Thakur Visits Nerchowk Medical College, Expresses Grief Over Pattrighat Bus Accident

Mandi, June 17, 2025 — Former Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister and Leader of Opposition Jairam Thakur visited Shri Lal Bahadur Shastri Medical College, Nerchowk, to meet those injured in the tragic Pattrighat bus accident. He offered condolences to the bereaved family and encouraged the injured. Thakur criticized the absence of initial medical aid at Riwalsar Hospital, calling it a failure of the state government and stressing the need to improve healthcare services. BJP district president Nihal Chand Sharma accompanied him during the visit.
