Jairam Thakur Accuses Congress-Led INDI Alliance of Misleading Jharkhand Voters with False Promises

Mandi: Former Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister and Leader of the Opposition, Jairam Thakur, accused the Congress-led INDI alliance of attempting to deceive Jharkhand’s voters with false guarantees similar to those in Himachal. Speaking from Mandi, Thakur claimed that Congress, which failed to fulfill its promises in Himachal, is now targeting Jharkhand with unrealistic pre-election pledges. Thakur highlighted the collapse of Himachal’s Himcare scheme under Congress, contrasting it with BJP’s effective governance without resorting to fake assurances. He urged the public to see through Congress’s tactics and promised that the BJP would ensure accountability and put a stop to false guarantees across India.
