Former Chief Minister and opposition leader Jai Ram Thakur expressed confidence that Cabinet Minister Vikramaditya Singh would attend the consecration ceremony of the Lord Ram temple in Ayodhya. Thakur made this statement today after participating in a cleanliness drive at the Hanuman temple in Bihna, under the Balh Assembly constituency.

Thakur stated that he believes Vikramaditya Singh, being a devout follower of Sanatan Dharma, has faith in the deities and will surely participate in the grand ceremony. Thakur’s comments came after Singh’s involvement in the cleanliness campaign at the Hanuman temple.

During the event, Thakur criticized the Congress party for opposing the Ram temple and accused them of now opposing Lord Ram, which he finds unfortunate. He suggested that it would be better if the Congress party encouraged those who wanted to participate in the consecration ceremony. Thakur also commented on the Congress party’s attempt to discourage members who have faith in Sanatan Dharma.

Thakur remarked that today, due to the skillful leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, followers of Sanatan Dharma have received the gift of the Ram temple. He praised those who sacrificed for this cause, stating that their sacrifices are proving worthwhile. Thakur expressed gratitude for being fortunate enough to witness this historic day and commended the Prime Minister’s message on cleanliness in temples, emphasizing that divinity resides where there is cleanliness, beauty, and peace.
