Interactive session with Harrisburg University

Solan, Nov 10 – St. Bede’s College organised an interactive session on its Academic collaboration with Harrisburg University, USA. Dr. Robert Furey, Professor of Integrated Sciences from the University was the guest speaker. The program began with a welcome address by Dr. Deepti Pajni, HOD, Department of English, St. Bede’s College. It was followed by the lighting of the lamp. The stage was vibrant and full of life with a short cultural program. The students depicted the culture of India through classical Kinnauri and Rajasthani dances. Guneet Kaur, Director, Foreign Studies, then introduced Dr. Furey and talked at length about Harrisburg University.
The guest speaker, Prof. Robert Furey talked about the various courses being offered by the Harrisburg University for the students of St. Bede’s College. Harrisburg University is offering MS in Biotechnology, MS Cybersecurity and MS in Geospatial Technology and Analytics to the students of St. Bede’s College.
This was an interactive session where the queries of students and their parents were answered by Dr. Furey. The program ended with a vote of thanks delivered by Dr. Gitanjali Mahendra, Associate Professor, Department of English.
