Industries Minister Harshwardhan Chauhan Donates Rs 51 Lakh to Aapda Rahat Kosh

Shimla, 22 October 2024 — Industries Minister Harshwardhan Chauhan today presented a cheque of Rs 51 lakh to Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu as a contribution towards the Aapda Rahat Kosh, the state’s disaster relief fund. The donation was made in a formal ceremony held in Shimla.

Also present on the occasion were HPSIDC Vice Chairman Vishal Chambiyal, Secretary of Industries RD Nazeem, and Managing Director of HPSIDC, Rajeshwar Goel. This contribution will aid the state’s efforts in disaster relief and recovery operations, providing much-needed support for those affected by natural calamities.
