Illegal Liquor Trade Busted in Kudini Village, Bilaspur

Bilaspur, October 8: A team from Kot Kehlur Police Station was present in Kudini Village on Saturday night as part of their ongoing investigation into the illicit liquor trade.

The police had received information that Vichitra Singh, son of Fanga Sih from Majari Tehsil Shri Naina Devi Ji, was involved in the illegal business of selling alcohol in Majari Village.

On Sunday, he was once again seen heading towards the village to procure liquor. During this time, near Majari Bridge, the police conducted a checkpoint operation and seized 35 liters of illicit liquor from Vichitra Singh’s possession. The Kot Kehlur Police have registered a case against him in this regard.

DSP Madan Dheeman, providing information, stated that the Kot Police have seized 35 liters of illicit liquor from an individual. The suspect has been taken into custody, and a case has been registered against him by the police.
