IEC University Celebrates World Pharmacist Day with Grand Event

Baddi, 25 September: IEC School of Pharmacy at IEC University organized a grand event to mark World Pharmacist Day, highlighting the vital role and contributions of pharmacists in society. This year’s theme, “Think Health, Think Pharmacist,” was the central focus, with students presenting skits, plays, and creative activities emphasizing the significance of pharmacists as healthcare advisors and educators.

The event featured a vibrant cultural program with performances of Nati, Bhangra, Gidda, Garhwali, Rajasthani, and Haryanvi dances. Students also showcased their talents in various competitions including pharma quiz, essay writing, speeches, and singing.

Senior management of IEC University appreciated the initiative, stating that the program aimed to not only celebrate pharmacists’ contributions but also promote excellence and innovation in the field of pharmacy. Discussions also shed light on emerging challenges and advancements in pharmaceutical sciences.
