HPTDC MD Completes Hotel Inspections, Plans to Boost Facilities at Tourist Inn Rajgarh

Shimla, January 22, 2025:
Rajiv Kumar, Managing Director of Himachal Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation (HPTDC), concluded his inspection tour of all HPTDC properties by visiting the Tourist Inn in Rajgarh.

During the visit, Kumar noted that the Tourist Inn primarily serves as a tracker’s hostel, with limited food services available. He emphasized plans to improve the property by providing additional manpower to enhance guest experiences.

The MD reaffirmed HPTDC’s commitment to upgrading facilities across its properties and ensuring better services for visitors, particularly adventure enthusiasts and trackers utilizing Rajgarh as a base.

This inspection marks a significant step toward revitalizing HPTDC properties to cater to a broader range of tourists and meet modern hospitality standards.
