HPSS Officers Withdrawn from Former CPS Offices Following HC Order

Shimla, 13th November 2024: Following the recent Himachal Pradesh High Court judgment in CWP No. 2507 of 2023 (Satpal Singh Satti & Others vs State of Himachal Pradesh & Others) and CWPIL No. 19 of 2023 (Kalpana Devi vs State of Himachal Pradesh & Others), the Governor has ordered the immediate withdrawal of services of the following Himachal Pradesh Secretariat Services (HPSS) officers from their roles in the offices of former Chief Parliamentary Secretaries:

1. Shri Satinder Kumar, HPSS, Special Private Secretary
2. Smt. Tehmeena Begum, HPSS, Senior Private Secretary
3. Shri Bhuri Singh Rana, HPSS, Senior Private Secretary
