HPSEBL Online Services Down Feb 27–Mar 3 for Upgrade

Shimla, Feb 25: Himachal Pradesh State Electricity Board Limited (HPSEBL) has announced a scheduled downtime of its online services from February 27 to March 3, 2026, as part of a major IT infrastructure upgrade. Assistant Engineer Aman Kumar said the existing billing system, installed nearly a decade ago, is being modernised to handle increased digital transactions and improve efficiency. During the upgrade and data migration period, services such as online bill payment, new connection applications, load changes, and the mobile app will remain unavailable. Consumers can contact helpline numbers 1800-180-8060 or 1912 for electricity supply-related assistance during this period.
