HP’s rich cultural heritage serves as a beacon of inspiration for the world: Prof P K Khosla

Shoolini University Chancellor Prof Prem Kumar Khosla today said that Himachal Pradesh’s rich cultural heritage and intellectual legacy serves as a beacon of inspiration for the world.
Speaking as the chief guest at the 109th Jayanti Samaroh of Thakur Ram Singh, held at the Thakur Ram Singh Institute of History Research in Neri, Hamirpur, Prof  Khosla also emphasised on the long-lasting impact of Indian civilization on the global arena while also expressing optimism about future generations’ ability to lead with distinction. Prof Khosla also released two books  Smarika Varshik Prativedan by the Thakur Ram Singh History Research Institute  and Tribal polity Society and Culture of Arunachal Pradesh written by Narayan Singh Rao.
The commemoration was organised by the Thakur Ram Singh History Research Institute to pay homage to the visionary contributions of its founder, Thakur Ram Singh. The event witnessed the felicitation of Professor Khosla and Mrs Saroj Khosla by Secretary Dr. Chet Ram Garg, underscoring their significant contributions to academia and society.
Students, researchers and academicians from  various government  and private universities and colleges  participated  and give tribute to Thakur Ram Singh
Dr Kismat Kumar, Prof, Ambedkar Centre, Central University of HP and Dr Gautam Sharma, Vyadhit a Hindi Scholar and historian  presided over the event. Delving into the topic of “Social Thinking and Philosophy of Thakur Ram Singh,” Sagar’s insights illuminated the profound intellectual legacy of the region.
