HPNLU Leads Himachal as First University to Achieve 100% Digitization of Marksheets via NAD

Shimla, December 17, 2024:
Himachal Pradesh National Law University (HPNLU), Shimla, under the visionary leadership of Vice-Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) Priti Saxena, has become the first university in the state to achieve complete digitization of marksheets. Over 2,000 students can now access their marksheets through the National Academic Depository (NAD) on DigiLocker, ensuring secure validation and seamless accessibility.

This milestone aligns with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, promoting academic mobility via the Academic Bank of Credits (ABC). The digitized system guarantees authenticity, fraud prevention, and user-friendly access to educational records for students and institutions alike.

HPNLU’s achievement is a significant step in modernizing education in Himachal Pradesh and sets a benchmark for other institutions to follow.
