HPNLU Hosts Viksit Bharat Yuva Connect – Seva Pakhwada Bootcamp

Himachal Pradesh National Law University (HPNLU), Shimla successfully hosted the Viksit Bharat Yuva Connect – Seva Pakhwada Bootcamp on 25th September 2025. Organized in collaboration with the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India, and the Youth Red Cross Society of HPNLU, the event marked a significant step in engaging youth with the national vision of Viksit Bharat@2047. Highlights included a motivational keynote by Youth Icon Ms. Malika Singh Pathania, the launch of the MY Bharat VBYLD 2026 Quiz, and an interactive Yuva Samvad with students.
The Bootcamp forms a part of the national ViksitBharat@2047 campaign, which seeks to empower India’s youth by fostering dialogue on leadership, civic engagement, and nation-building. The programme began with participant registration and a traditional lamp-lighting ceremony. Prof. (Dr.) Priti Saxena, Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, HPNLU, Shimla, warmly welcomed the dignitaries with Himachali honour and addressed the gathering with an inspiring message on the role of youth in shaping a resilient and developed India.
Youth Icon Ms. Malika Singh Pathania delivered an impactful presentation on the core principles of Viksit Bharat@2047, with a special focus on the Panch Pran and 11 Sankalpas as envisioned by Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji. Her personal journey served as a source of motivation, urging students to become proactive contributors to the nation’s growth.
A spirited Yuva Samvad followed, offering students a platform to share their perspectives on development, digital citizenship, and public service. The launch of the MY Bharat VBYLD 2026 Quiz was met with great enthusiasm, reinforcing the campaign’s aim to promote digital engagement and nationwide youth participation.
The event concluded with a formal vote of thanks amidst resounding participation from the students. The Seva Pakhwada Bootcamp reaffirmed HPNLU’s unwavering commitment to nurturing socially responsible, informed, and inspired youth leaders in alignment with the vision of a developed India by 2047.
