HP Technical Education Board Offers Final Chance to Complete Diploma

Dharamshala, September 2 – The Himachal Pradesh Technical Education Board has announced a special opportunity for candidates who could not complete their diploma or failed in previous attempts. Students enrolled under syllabi N-2007, N-2012, and N-2017 can now apply to finish their diploma through this provision.

According to Board Secretary Ashok Pathak, this special chance will only be valid for the November–December 2025 examination session. Eligible candidates can apply online until October 1, 2025, by paying ₹2,500 per semester without late fees. Applications submitted after the due date, but up to 10 days before the exams, will attract an additional late fee of ₹2,500, making the total fee ₹5,000 per semester.
