HP State Co-operative Bank Continues to Make Strides Under Dynamic Leadership

This, he stated, has led to significant advancements, receiving support and guidance under the visionary leadership of Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukkhu.
Hari Krishna Himral announced that, in alignment with the collective efforts, the bank is set to inaugurate 22 new branches in various locations across the state on January 6, 2024, catering to the needs of the people in this mountainous region. The bank has consistently achieved various goals set by NABARD and ARBARD at the national level, securing numerous awards and accolades. Furthermore, the bank has maintained its top position in reducing its NPA in the current fiscal year.
In a continued commitment to financial assistance and social service, Himral revealed plans to recruit 232 Junior Officers following the recent hiring of 64 Assistant Managers. These appointments aim not only to provide employment opportunities to the people of the state but also to fill vacancies in various rural branches, enhancing efficiency and delivering better services to esteemed customers.
Looking ahead, Himral shared the bank’s initiative to transition its banking software to CBS to align with Finacle 10, recognized as the most reliable, secure, and latest software in the banking sector. This move, he emphasized, would empower the bank to offer optimal digital services to its customers.
