HP Congress President Pays Tribute to Rajgarh Martyr

Shimla, 12th August: Pradesh Congress President and former MP, Pratibha Singh, has expressed deep sorrow over the martyrdom of Lance Naik Praveen Sharma from Rajgarh, who sacrificed his life while fighting terrorists in Anantnag, Jammu and Kashmir. She lauded his supreme sacrifice, stating that it has brought great honor to the state and will be remembered forever.

Pratibha Singh also expressed concern over the significant loss of life and property due to heavy rainfall and flooding in Himachal Pradesh. She extended her condolences to the families of those who lost their lives, including the tragic incident in Una, where nine people were swept away by the floods. She urged people to remain vigilant during the ongoing heavy rains and to follow the administration’s guidelines to avoid flood and landslide-prone areas.
