Himachal Women’s Commission Seeks Strict Action in Una and Kullu Murder Cases

Shimla, 25 September: The recent murders of two young women in Una and Kullu districts have shocked Himachal Pradesh. Taking strong cognizance, the State Women’s Commission has sought detailed reports from the police and directed strict action against the culprits. Commission Chairperson Vidya Negi termed the incidents “deeply disturbing” and said she has personally spoken to the SPs of Una and Kullu, who assured swift investigation and justice.
