Himachal Pradesh Technical University Initiates Online Application Process for HPCET-2024

Hamirpur: Himachal Pradesh Technical University has commenced the online application process for the Himachal Pradesh Common Entrance Test-2024 (HPCET). Eligible students can apply online for the entrance examination until April 18. The university’s entrance exam will be held on May 10. The university conducts a common entrance exam for admission to B.Tech, B.Pharmacy, MCA, MBA, and MBA (Tourism). The entrance exams for B.Tech, B.Pharmacy, and MCA will be held in the morning session, while the exams for MBA and MBA (Tourism) will be conducted in the afternoon session.
Prof. Jaydev, the university’s administrator, stated that HPCET will be organized for admission in the upcoming academic session. Based on this, students will be considered eligible for admission to the technical university and related educational institutions. Applicants can view detailed information brochures related to the entrance exam on the technical university’s website, which provides comprehensive details about the exam.
He said that examination centers will be established in various districts of the state, including Chamba, Dharamshala, Palampur, Nurpur, Mandi, Kullu, Bilaspur, Hamirpur, Una, Solan, Shimla, and Sirmaur. Additionally, one examination center will be set up in Chandigarh. Applicants can select the examination center of their choice in the online application form according to their convenience. Admit cards will be issued to students only after the completion of the application process.
