Himachal Pradesh Government Regularizes Trained Graduate Teachers

Shimla: Following a directive issued by the Chief Secretary’s office (letter No: PER (AP) C-B (2)-2/2015 dated 02.12.2023), the Himachal Pradesh government has approved the regularization of Trained Graduate Teachers (TGTs). These teachers were initially appointed on a contract basis against vacant posts under the R&P Rules. They have completed two years of continuous service as of 31.03.2024.
As per the decision, these TGTs will now be regularized and placed at the minimum of the pay scale in Cell 1 of Level 10 (Rs. 38,100/-) of the HP Civil Services (Revised) Pay Rules 2022. This decision includes all applicable allowances, effective immediately.
