Himachal Overlooked in Union Budget, Says PWD Minister Vikramaditya Singh

He pointed out the absence of revenue deficit grants and special financial support, warning that this would impact infrastructure development, disaster rehabilitation, and the state’s fragile economy. Singh urged the central government to reconsider financial assistance in the spirit of cooperative federalism to ensure Himachal’s long-term stability and growth.
