Himachal Market Closure Call: Shimla Market to Remain Open

Shimla, Sept. 13: Hindu organizations have called for a market shutdown across Himachal Pradesh tomorrow. However, Shimla Beopar Mandal President Sanjeev Thakur announced that markets in Shimla will remain open. He mentioned that Shimla had already observed a half-day closure on September 12 and that they were not consulted about the current shutdown call. The decision means businesses in Shimla will operate as usual.
