In pursuit of this commitment, the Information and Public Relations Department of the state government has launched the ‘Him Samachar App,’ in addition to its website, Facebook, and WhatsApp, aiming to provide rapid information to the public with better use of technology.
Through this app, the state government’s decisions and activities that are in the public interest are now easily accessible to the common people with just a click. While news bulletins keep the public informed about daily welfare decisions, the app also facilitates direct communication with the Chief Minister.
In the present age, the influx of information has surged significantly. The ‘Him Samachar App’ not only delivers news bulletins efficiently but also provides users with various other relevant information on a single platform.
The app offers a daily news bulletin at 6:00 PM and weekly updates on the decisions of the Himachal Pradesh government through the Himachal Diary. Android users can download the app from the Google Play Store, while Apple users can find it on the App Store. The app is available for free.
