Him MSME Fest 2026 Begins at Ridge, Showcasing Culture, Startups and ‘Made in Himachal

Shimla, Jan 02, 2026 : The much-awaited Him MSME Fest 2026 begins today at the historic Ridge Maidan, marking a major celebration of culture, entrepreneurship and local industry. Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu will inaugurate the festival as chief guest, while Industries Minister Harshwardhan Chauhan will attend as special guest.

The festival aims to position Himachal Pradesh as a strong MSME-driven state by connecting artisans, startups and entrepreneurs with markets and opportunities. Cultural performances showcasing folk dance, music and traditional art will begin from 2 pm, followed by Startup Awards and a cultural fashion show highlighting ‘Made in Himachal’.

The evening star night will feature Punjabi singer Gary Sandhu, adding musical vibrancy to the celebration. Him MSME Fest 2026 is envisioned as a platform to promote local talent, inspire youth-led startups and strengthen the ‘Local to Global’ vision of the state.
