Governor offers prayers at Shri Hari Mandir, Badrika Ashram

Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla visited Shri Badrika Ashram in Shalamu village, in the Rajgarh sub-division of Sirmaur district today. During the visit, the Governor offered prayers at Shri Hari Mandir.

The Governor met the founder of Badrika Ashram, Shri Om Swami and gathered insights into the spiritual, yogic and meditative activities undertaken by the ashram.

Shri Om Swami honoured the Governor with a shawl and a cap.

Lady Governor Janaki Shukla, their daughter Neeti and son-in-law Amit Tripathi, along with granddaughters Ambika and Anika accompanied the Governor.

Badrika Ashram administrator Sadhvi Shraddha Om, trustee Rajeev Mittal, Deputy Commissioner of Solan Manmohan Sharma, Acting Deputy Commissioner of Sirmaur L.R. Verma, SP Sirmaur Nishchint Negi, SP Solan Gaurav and senior officials from various departments were present on the occasion.
