Shimla, January 10: A symbolic bike rally was organized by the district administration at MC Parking, Tutikandi, as part of Road Safety Month. Deputy Commissioner Anupam Kashyap and SP Sanjeev Kumar Gandhi flagged off the rally. Kashyap urged youth to follow speed limits and avoid risky driving. SP Gandhi emphasized helping accident victims instead of filming them, highlighting legal protections for good Samaritans.
