First Principals’ Conclave organised by Shoolini University

Principals from over 50 schools attended a conclave organised by Shoolini University at Mandi on Wednesday to discuss various aspects of education.
Among others, principals of Cambridge International School, DAV Centenary School, Mahavir Public School, St. Francis Convent, Sai Star Senior secondary School and more have participated in the Conclave.
Mr. Ashish Khosla, Founder of Shoolini University and President, Innovationa d Marketing at Shoolini and Dr. Ashoo Khosla, Director of Learning at Shoolini University were present in the event to discuss about the new age careers and the New Education Policy with the school leaders. The principals were extremely enthusiastic and participated with interesting insights in the discussion.
Explaining about the Shoolini ethos, Dr. Ashoo Khosla said, the university “founded by leading academicians and professionals, is a young, research-focused, philanthropic university with the vision to be a Top 200 global university by 2022.”
Mr. Ashish Khosla, an Electronics Engineer from PEC Chandigarh and an MBA from IIM Calcutta discussed new age careers with the Principals and said, “Shoolini University is NEP compliant and provides combination of subjects that makes students future ready.”
Mr. Atul Khosla, Vice Chancellor of Shoolini University said, “Ranked sixth in Asia and number one in India in research output (citations per paper), Shoolini’s focus on research and innovation is critical and of utmost importance”.
He said it was the first of a series of conclaves to be organised by Shoolini University.
With the Principals’ Conclave, “we aim to create a platform to discuss important issues in education and join hands with schools to create a progressive future for students. It is our role to take India to the next level of innovation and it cannot happen without the collaboration of school and higher education,” said Ms. Avnee Khosla, Vice President, Shoolini University.

Mr. Leela Dhar, Head of Shoolini University’s Mandi office said, “we are committed to make the students of Mandi district successful in life by showing them the right path.”
