Education Minister mourns demise of Journalist Gaurav Bisht

Education Minister Rohit Thakur has expressed deep grief over the passing away of senior journalist Gaurav Bisht. Describing the loss as personal, the Minister said that Shri Bisht was not only a close friend but also his school batch-mate and shared a deep bond.

He appreciated Gaurav Bisht’s journalistic integrity and highlighted his outstanding work in championing social and human causes particularly in Himachal Pradesh. He said that his ethical approach and journalistic skills and the positive impact he has left on society would be fondly remembered by the entire Journalistic community.

Education Minister extended his heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family and prayed for peace of the departed soul.
