Dr. Raj Krishan Pruthl, who currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer-cum-Secretary of HIMUDA (Himachal Pradesh Housing and Urban Development Authority) in Shimla, has been entrusted with the crucial role of Chief Administrator at H.P. Rajya Chayan Aayog (HPRCA) located in Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh.
