Shimla, June 21 – Dr Meena Gupta Ayurvedic medical officer at Dhalli, participated in an International Yoga Day. Dr. Meena has been training 130 special children at Boys Senior Secondary School in Yoga for the past six years.
Dr. Meena emphasized the importance of Yoga in daily life and appealed to the people that no matter how busy their schedule is they should try to practice Yoga every day.
