Dr.(Col) Dhani Ram Shandil celebrated Holi with Dhalli Orphanage children

Shimla, March 08 – Social Justice and Environment Minister, Dr.(Col) Dhani Ram Shandil celebrated Holi,  the festival of colours with the children of Orphanage at Dhalli and inmates of Nari Niketan Sadan at Mashobra today. The Minister also distributed fruits to the inmates of both the ashrams   The Himachal Pradesh government will be acting as a parent figure to orphans in the state as part of social welfare measures, said the Minister, adding that it is the duty of State Government to provide better education to children of Orphanage and a life to live with dignity, celebrate festivals etc.
