Dharamshala: Winter Session of Himachal Assembly From Nov 26 to Dec 5

Himachal Pradesh Vidhan Sabha Speaker Kuldeep Singh Pathania announced that the 10th session of the 14th Legislative Assembly will be held at Tapovan, Dharamshala from November 26 to December 5, 2025. The session will begin at 11:00 AM on November 26, with a condolence reference to late former MLA Babu Ram Gautam. A total of eight sittings will be held, with November 28 and December 4 reserved for private members’ business.

The Assembly Secretariat has received 744 questions from members — 604 starred and 140 un-starred — related to disaster relief, floods, school mergers, infrastructure, health, education, vacancies, tourism, drinking water, rising crime and drug abuse. An all-party meeting has been scheduled at 10:15 AM before the session to ensure smooth functioning and effective discussion on public issues.
