Demise of senior journalist condoled

Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla, Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu and Deputy Chief Minister Mukesh Agnihotri have expressed their heartfelt condolences on the demise of senior journalist Vipin Kala (57) who passed away here today.
In his condolence message, Governor Shukla praised Sh. Kala as a dedicated journalist whose contributions to Amar Ujala Newspaper would be remembered for years to come.
Chief Minister Sukhu commended Shri Kala for his active role in bringing developmental and social issues to light through his news stories and often drawing government’s attention to critical matters. He prayed for his soul to rest in peace.
The Deputy Chief Minister also acknowledged Shri Kala’s valuable services, noting his significant impact in the field of journalism. He said that Sh. Kala was a senior journalist who was very hard working and laborious. He has left a vacuum in the field of journalism, difficult to be filled.
