Shimla,Nov. 27 DC Shimla Aditya Negi takes strict action against SOP violators in Shimla. People and street vendors without wearing proper masks were challaned.

He raised his concern over the alarming rise in the Covid cases and appealed to the people to adhere to the rules for safety of all.
