Bindal criticized the closure of schools and primary health centers while highlighting non-payment under Ayushman Bharat and a failing 108 ambulance service. He claimed that road construction in Himachal is solely funded by Modi government schemes, while the state government remains ineffective. BJP warned of statewide protests if Congress continues to mismanage governance.
