Corruption Allegations Mount Against Himachal CM Sukhu

Shimla- Former Chief Minister and Leader of Opposition, Jairam Thakur, accused the state government of extensive corruption involving Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu. Thakur claimed that tender terms are being manipulated from the CM’s office, and contracts are being awarded on the Chief Minister’s cues. He stated that the government’s mismanagement and corrupt practices have left every section of society dissatisfied.

Thakur also alleged spying on BJP candidate Hoshiyar Singh, indicating the government’s desperation ahead of the elections. He predicted a significant defeat for the Congress party and a change in leadership post-elections. Additionally, Thakur criticized Congress for the situation in Manipur, attributing the unrest to their mismanagement.
