BJP state media in-charge Karan Nanda, during a protest in Theog, criticized the Himachal Pradesh Congress government for its inaction in identifying and repatriating Pakistani nationals residing in the state. He highlighted that while the Modi-led central government has taken 10 decisive steps against Pakistan post the Pahalgam terror attack—including suspending visas, shutting diplomatic channels, and halting trade—the Himachal government has failed to act even once. Nanda accused Congress of prioritizing vote bank politics and weakening national security. He emphasized that PM Modi is a protective shield for the country and asserted that “New India” will not tolerate any threat.
