Congress Faces Allegations of Unfulfilled Promises as Dr. Bindal Addresses Media During Solan Visit

Solan, December 30 – Dr. Bindal, addressing the media during his visit to Solan today, accused the Congress party of resorting to false promises and deceptive guarantees. He stated that while the Congress initially came to power by making false claims, it is now attempting to fulfill its misleading assurances in a half-hearted manner to influence the 2024 elections. Dr. Bindal expressed his skepticism, asserting that the people of the state have seen through the party’s deceitful intentions and will not trust their false promises.

The Congress party had made grand promises during its campaign, pledging Rs 1500 crore for the renovation of 22 lakh palaces in the state. Additionally, they had assured the youth of the state of one lakh jobs every year. Dr. Bindal accused the Congress of deceiving the rural population with false claims about buying cow dung and milk, highlighting the party’s failure to fulfill any of its guarantees. He asserted that if the Congress had been honest during their tenure, the people would not have forgiven them for the deception.

Also present during the interaction were Rashmi Dhar, the Vice President of the state, Dr. Rajeev Sehjal, Deputy Mayor Meera Anand, Purushottam Guleria, Rajesh Kashyap, Madan Thakur, and Sanjeev Mohan, the District Media Coordinator. The meeting discussed various issues concerning the region and the Congress party’s credibility.
