Congress Criticizes BJP Over FIR Against Rahul Gandhi and Ambedkar Remarks

Shimla, Dec 20: State Congress President Pratibha Singh condemned the BJP for allegedly manhandling Rahul Gandhi and Congress MPs outside Parliament and filing FIRs against them. Singh accused BJP of diverting attention from Home Minister Amit Shah’s controversial remarks about Dr. B.R. Ambedkar. She demanded Shah’s resignation and a public apology. Singh also stated that Congress will intensify its protests, with demonstrations held across various districts against the FIRs and Ambedkar’s alleged insult.
