CM lays foundation stones of Pharmacy College in Rakkar and Hospital building in Dadasiba

Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur today dedicated and laid foundation stones of developmental projects worth about Rs. 56 crore in Jaswan Pragpur Assembly constituency of Kangra district.
Jai Ram Thakur inaugurated Health Institution level-III at Dadasiba constructed at a cost of Rs. 1.04 crore, Rs. 75 lakh upgradation of Durgain to Bholi road, Rs. 85 lakh upgradation of Pucca Tiala to Paplother road, Rs. 2.01 crore Seul to Duki road, Rs. 2.03 crore upgradation of Kahanpur Nagoh Karant road, Rs. 1.56 crore 19.75 meters RCC T-beam bridge over Gummi khad, Rs. 1.35 crore 30 meter span pre stressed concrete box girder bridge over Kotla khad, Rs. 2.21 crore separate lift water supply scheme to village Ghamroo, Barnail and Bohala in tehsil Jaswan tehsil and Rs. 53 lakh lift irrigation scheme Riri Kuthera in tehsil Jaswan.
Chief Minister laid foundation stones of Combined Office building at Dadasiba to be constructed at a cost of Rs. 5.24 crore, Rs. 6.86 crore 50 bedded hospital building at Dadasiba, Rs. 4.23 crore veterinary polyclinic building at Kotla Behar, Rs. 19.48 crore Pharmacy College building at Rakkar, Rs. 2.57 crore improvement from Barnali to Pong Dam and Badhal to Dhiman Basti via Buhala road, Rs. 1.27 crore Kasba Kotla to Kui road, Rs. 1.64 crore augmentation of various water supply schemes Kasba Kotla Sansarpur Terrace, Dukki Kasba Nangal Bassi Patti in tehsil Jaswan under Jal Jeevan Mission and Rs. 2.16 crore improvement and extension of source of lift water supply scheme Lower Bhalwal in Tehsil Dadasiba.
While addressing a public meeting in Kotla-Behad, Chief Minister said that people of the nation and the state stood by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi during corona pandemic, due to which the situation of Covid-19 is better in the country as compared to other countries. He thanked the people for their cooperation during Covid-19 period.
Jai Ram Thakur said that the state Government is working with dedication, which has increased the faith of the people in the government and the BJP government would repeat in 2022. He said that a small scale event would be organised on completion of three years of the State Government on 27th December, 2020. He said that the Prime Minister Narendra Modi has visited the state several times and the first event in which Prime Minister was physically present during corona pandemic was the inauguration of Atal Tunnel, Rohtang and also addressed the public meetings.
He said that Narendra Modi has special affection towards people of the State. The Centre has provided financial assistance of crores of rupees which has helped in accelerating pace to development in the State. He said that it is a matter of pride for the State that the National BJP President Jagat Prakash Nadda and Union Minister of State for Finance and Corporate Affairs Anurag Thakur are from Himachal Pradesh.
He also appreciated the people of the area for contribution of Rs. 32 lakh and 68 thousand masks.
Union Minister of State for Finance and Corporate Affairs Anurag Thakur thanked the Chief Minister for dedicating and laying foundation stone of various developmental projects for the area. He said that inspection for Central school has been conducted and Rs. 500 crores has been sanctioned for Central University. He said that the Centre Government and State Government are working as a team for development of the State. He said that assistance of Rs. 40623 crore has been provided to the State by the Centre Government.
Industries and Transport Minister Bikram Singh thanked the chief Minister for dedicating and laying foundation stone of various developmental projects worth crores for Jaswan-Paragpur area. He said that the Jaswan-Paragpur area has seen unprecedented development under the able leadership of Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur.
