CISF Organizes “Drug-Free Bharat Awareness Rally” at Pandoh, Mandi

As part of its social outreach initiatives, CISF Unit BSLP Sundernagar successfully organized a “Drug-Free Bharat Awareness Rally” at Pandoh on 16th February 2026.
The rally was conducted jointly by CISF personnel along with students and teachers of PM Shri Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, members of Eco Club Pandoh, students of Noble College of Education, local citizens, and representatives of the local police. The rally passed through Pandoh Market, where participants spread awareness among the general public about the harmful effects of drug abuse through banners and slogans, emphasizing the importance of social responsibility.
On the occasion, Vishal Bansal, Deputy Commandant addressed the gathering and elaborated on the adverse effects of drug abuse on health, society, and youth. He appealed to the public to actively participate in building a safe and drug-free society.
The initiative generated widespread awareness among citizens against substance abuse. Local residents, traders, and public representatives appreciated this public welfare initiative by CISF and expressed hope for the continued organization of such socially meaningful programs in the future.
This initiative was well received and proved to be a significant step towards strengthening anti-drug awareness in society.
