Una, Jan 14 : The renowned Chintpurni Temple, one of India’s famous Shakti Peeths, has revised its “Sugam Darshan” system for devotees. Starting on Makar Sankranti, the temple trust has introduced modifications based on feedback from pilgrims.

Previously, devotees could avail VIP darshan for a group of five by paying ₹1100. However, under the revised system, each devotee will now pay ₹300 for the same privilege. On crowded days, a ₹500 ticket per person will apply for “Sugam Darshan.”

ADC Mahendra Pal Gurjar stated that the changes aim to ensure a smoother experience for pilgrims. A maximum of 500 VIP passes will be issued daily to maintain orderly queues. VIP devotees will have access to a dedicated waiting hall at Baba Shri Mai Das Sadan and will be transported to the temple lift area via electric golf carts for darshan.

The temple trust assures that further adjustments will be made based on future feedback from devotees.
