Rain and Snowfall Forecast in Mountainous Regions
Shimla, November 22: Himachal Pradesh is anticipated to experience a shift in the dry weather prevailing over the past few days. The weather is expected to remain clear throughout the state until November 25. From November 26 to 28, there are prospects of rain and snowfall in the central mountainous regions, including Shimla, Solan, Sirmaur, Kullu, Chamba, and the higher mountainous areas of Kinnaur and Lahaul Spiti.
In the plains of Una, Mandi, Bilaspur, Hamirpur, and Kangra, the weather is expected to stay clear until November 28. Wednesday saw clear weather in all regions of the state, including the capital Shimla. The presence of sunlight in the mountainous regions has made the daytime weather pleasant, although a decrease in minimum temperatures is causing nights to become colder.
Interestingly, the nights in Solan, Una, and Dharamshala are colder than Shimla. While Shimla recorded a minimum temperature of 10.4 degrees Celsius on Tuesday night, Solan registered 5.2 degrees, Una recorded 7.6 degrees, and Dharamshala maintained 9.2 degrees Celsius.
