Chamba Labour Board Launches e-KYC Drive for Registered Workers

Chamba, September 10: District Labour Welfare Officer Shweta Kumari informed that the Himachal Pradesh Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board, Chamba, has launched a special campaign for e-KYC (Aadhaar verification) of registered workers. All registered workers have been urged to visit their nearest Lok Mitra Kendra to link their Aadhaar number with their mobile number to complete the e-KYC process.

She cautioned that workers failing to complete e-KYC will lose eligibility to avail benefits of the Board’s welfare schemes in the future. For more details, workers can contact the District Labour Welfare Officer’s office, Chamba, or call 01899-294050.
