Chakki Mod to Be Temporarily Closed for Maintenance From 11:00 PM to 1:00 AM

Due to road maintenance work on the Parwanoo-Solan four-lane stretch, the road will be closed for two hours tonight. As per the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), the road at Chakki Mod, due to ongoing maintenance in the sliding zone, will be completely closed for all types of vehicles on Monday night from 11:00 PM to 1:00 AM. In light of this, it is strongly advised that people travel only if absolutely necessary during this period. It’s worth noting that there have been continuous landslides in the Chakki Mod area.
